You might ask what these two have in common. One is an award and one can be used for a reward. One is shiny and gold. The other is dark and brown. They both are heavy and make you excited but that isn't it. At least not last night. What it was, was the time a wonderful mother gave to her sweet daughters in sharing with them, two of the things she enjoys about life.
It was great to see you in the kitchen teaching our girls how to make fudge. I know they enjoyed that you took the time to teach them something that will be fun and useful in their future. I appreciate you showing patience and love to them even when things got a little hectic trying to teach both at the same time. I also know that they enjoyed spending the night watching the Oscars with you and that it will be a memory they will remember. I know it was hard to have a good attitude about the JETS cross stich but you did. I really admired that and know how much it took to have a good attitude about it. Yesterday was a good day and I hope we have many more where the unity in our home is felt and appreciated. Thank you. I Love You!
